Kind staff, clean office, great cancellation / modification policies (can cancel right up until the reservation starts, you pay on site rather than in advance, you can modify the return time / date in the middle of your reservation and all online), and they even offered me a ride in town if I needed to get back. And their availability actually being reflected accurately online is SO helpful. I rented with Hertz during the holiday and they let me book a reservation last minute but didn't have enough cars until the VERY end and it was uncertain whether they'd have anything or not, which created a lot of hassle. So in comparison, my Enterprise experience was excellent.
