This is the Premier first class location for Pasadena hands down maybe in the entire country, quite possibly in the world. What really stands out is the Branch Manager Micalah Harris. She is the epitome of World class professional customer service. She searched for 3 days constantly to find me the exact Top SUV Rental I needed and called me with it waiting and washed. She also was so positive and reassured me that she was on it daily. Please follow her customer service protocol for all Branch managers and make the "Micalah process" the Top example for others. I called over 25 locations in LA county and she was the only one who even called me back with a clear solution. There is no doubt this young lady is going places fast within this Enterprise organization. She is a wonderful person who puts her clients first and has an amazing heart. Thank you Micalah. You won my Rental business from now until eternity. Just call Micalah if you need a Rental, you can literally hear her beautiful Smile when she talks over the phone. God Bless!!

(The first car, a Jeep Compass, was ungodly uncomfortable) Additionally, in looking at Enterprise locations there is one closer to my home but their rates were a touch higher than South Pas. Enterprise in South Pasadena has become my go-to!
