Rented a vehicle and double checked what my total rate would be after insurance, the guy showing me the vehicle checked in with the manager and confirmed. +$5 a day all in. They had me sign on an iPad that conveniently skips over all the fees etc. Dropped of the vehicle and didn't hear from them and then got hit with a crazy high bill. After getting hung up on, put on hold, and asked to call back later I finally got through to the manager. Sal (Shady Sal) same manager who told the employee my all in due would be extra $5 a day. He was quick to through his employee under the bus and basically said yeah we said that but that's not it. Repeatedly talking down to me about "everyone knows there's taxes". I agreed with him and explained multiple times that the issue was not the taxes but that I confirmed that the all in rate WITH taxes was only an extra $5. I brought up how the iPad signing experience they have skips over the details and how I was told I was just signing a waiver that I didn't want insurance and again was just told "Sorry". Avoid this location, probably try Hertz or a more reputable company. I am not the only customer who has had a bad experience check out their other reviews where they harassed other customers for bad feedback.
