    I was in the market for a used Volvo XC40 and had a horrible experience at another non-Volvo dealer (NOT Palo Alto Volvo) Palo Alto Volvo and especially Joshua Gamurot who helped me with my purchase were wonderful and made the car-buying experience a dream. Joshua was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process, I really appreciated how I *never* felt pressured to buy anything, even after test-driving and taking a day to decide before buying. He was genuine and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the specific XC40 I ended up with. Even the actual buying process wasn’t stressful, and only took about an hour! (which if you’ve ever bought at a dealer before, you know the process can take multiple hours) I’m super happy with my purchase and will be recommending Palo Alto Volvo and Joshua to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

    I (we) had a great experience starting with Matthew who gave a test drive and the fact that there was no pressure to purchase. When we returned the next day, we had Jacob help us and that was also a great experience. He was very helpful with the paperwork and after all of that was done, he was helpful with car, app, and plug in mini-tutorials. I (we) feel that both associates represented Volvo well and have won over new customers! Thank you!

    Marc and Raul from the service department were courteous and helpful in identifying the issue and getting it addressed. Unfortunately, there was a long wait to get a necessary part for the repair but in the meantime, the service team loaned a vehicle and provided regular status updates. Overall, a positive experience with this team.

    I had a great experience working with Taylor Mecham while purchasing my car. He was incredibly helpful in getting me familiarised with my first EV, and what stood out most was that he backed everything up with real personal experience and knowledge, not just sales talk. His calm and respectful approach made a big difference. I never felt pressured at any point, which is rare when buying a car. He was realistic, down to earth, and just straightforward the entire time, no BS, just honest information. That’s exactly what I value in a car-buying experience, and Taylor made the whole process quick, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend working with him.

    I loved my service advisor Raul C! He was so friendly and welcomed me with a huge warm smile, which means alot to me with the way the world can be these days. My only gripe and reason for 3 stars had zero to do with his customer service. I just wish they would make the intake area a bit larger, perhaps with some seating for owners checking in. It was quite the line forming the morning I dropped off my vehicle for service to the point where people were just lined up outside of the building around the cars. The area where the cars are parked while waiting to be taken to the back is also sort of tight and chaotic. I wish they could renovate and open that space up, but otherwise, it was a good experience. The guys are great, very patient, and very helpful. They will even arrange pick ups or drop offs with Lyft if you dont have a ride with or without advanced notice. I had a ride initially but it fell through and Raul was able to secure me a Lyft right away. Overall, had a great experience at Volvo because of the employees. A little kindness goes a long way even in less than ideal circumstances.
