We would hope that when you buy a CPO vehicle it does not have an issues like this and if it did, the dealership would take immediate action to resolve it. However, the car is now in the shop and we have no idea when it will come back to us (could be weeks), and there does not seem to be any urgency on Volvo's part. We have stopped hearing back from the dealer. The process has been pretty disappointing.

They had a perfect model on the lot, we got a sales person right away who is knowledgeable and easy-going we had no problem getting a test ride despite the fact that the dealership was very busy on a Saturday. We hadn’t necessarily intended on buying the car right then in there, but with just a couple hours of paperwork and transaction, we were driving away with the car. The initial price offered was right in line with my expectation and the manager worked hard to find an extra $1500 rebate that I qualified for. Very good experience.
