  Extremely poor. Front desk service department showed unfriendly attitudes when bringing in the car which was only 3 weeks brand new purchased from same Volvo PaloAlto dealer. This car main 12V battery was totally drained after limited use i.e. 610 miles. This meant that the car was not fully brought to a functional level for sell to honor a satisfactory customer experience. It also took 3 business days, starting Tuesday after to Friday noon, to recharge that dead battery before releasing back to owner. This service response time was totally below acceptable level to a first time Volvo customer.

  Do not trust Volvo Cars Palo Alto with your EV purchase. Their business model is "Take your money and disappear." They failed to submit my mandatory IRS Seller Report , and their response has been a systematic stonewalling. I called for 2 days straight, and they used the same excuse: "No manager is available." This isn't just a mistake; it's a lack of basic business integrity. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealership that actually values its customers and follows federal laws.

  A great experience to get a Volvo car. I called and the sales representative Joseph McMahon patiently went thru various models and financials between lease and buy. Great dealer incentive and rebate deals. Also love how Joe explained about the special Volvo safety, car air purifier built in and the attention to material used for interior that’s not chemical bearing for health reason. All features that I care about. Great experience with the dealership and the sales rep Joe. We left with our new XC60 happily.

  I bought a polestar from here and my experience was great. Josh and Taylor were very helpful. I would recommend talking to them before buying a Polestar as they have a lot of knowledge on the service and features. They answered all my questions and did the 40k/4years service before selling the car which shows that they deal in good faith. Their manager, Ester was also super nice and helped me connect with an insurance agent to get me affordable insurance rates. They didn't do use predatory tactics or try to scare me into stuff like maintenance packages. They only told me facts and let me decide for myself. All in all, it's a good dealership, I'd totally recommend!

  Front desk and other staff are very nice and helpful. The shop is very nice and comfortable. However the test drive experience was not good. We called one day in advance to test drive the plugin version. However when we arrived on time we were told that there was no vehicles available for the test drive and they could not bring the vehicle from the garage to the show room on that day. Of course no contact the next day. Fast forward days later we received a text from "manager" about the test drive LOL. By that time we have already purchased a new vehicle from others.
