Today Abe treated me very disrespectfully based on what he was told by the subway employee Elia. He came up to me, talked down to me and said that I can only deal with him in the future. For what? What exactly did I do abe? Ask for veggies on the side of my subway sandwich? Then ask for a refund from the subway employee when I was refused? It was only when I said I'll just contact corporate that his tone changed. You need to treat your customers with respect, the same respect I approach you with every time I'm in there. Not talk crap about customers and belittle them.you shouldn't even be in management.

That's an example of the leadership, today I advice the clerk and he's reply was "the manager knows " again an accident or a lawsuit waiting to happen. Thank you 😊
