  This place is terrible. I can't understand how it has a 4-star rating. A team of inexperienced and dishonest kids work as mechanics here. I brought my car for three oil changes. The first time, they didn't put enough oil, which I noticed the next morning. They seemed rushed and busy, but they just topped it off when I returned. The second time, my car started leaking oil shortly after parking. They said they improperly installed the oil pan screw. After a week, during the third oil change, it leaked again, this time from the oil filter cap. They damaged it and lied, claiming the filter was defective. I knew they were lying because I checked underneath and saw the cap was shifted. It's crazy. They also told me my axle was suddenly leaking because the seal was torn. They quickly quoted $2,000, but I told them if I can't trust them with an oil change, how can I trust them more? I suspect they damaged my car. My mechanic inspected it and said they likely punctured the axle seal with a long tool, maybe a screwdriver. They also damaged the oil filter cap by forcing it in at an angle and damaged the oil pan screw. Overall, the service was horrible. My wife took her car there for an oil change, and they did the same to her Toyota Camry, causing an oil leak. They claimed the filter was defective and tried to charge us about $120 for replacing the cabin and engine filters, though both are available on Amazon for $20 and are easy to replace. They fixed my wife's leak, but when I checked her car, the engine air filter cover was left open. When I opened the glove compartment to check the cabin air filter, the latch and compartment fell out. Overall, a terrible experience. They seem quick to suggest unnecessary repairs, create problems, and charge high prices for poor work. I hope more people share their bad experiences. They need better employee training and to be honest.

  Very courteous, professional and quick!!! The younger gentleman who helped me was so nice and engaging!! In a busy society, sometimes the only people we talk to during our day are the people who help us complete our errands…so when someone at a business takes the time to ask me how my day is going and actually holds a complete conversation with me…I appreciate that!! Im so angry that I cant remember this mans name for this review because he really deserves some recognition for his customer service!! I can get my oil changed anywhere…not a big deal as to where I go…however, I will return to this Jiffy Lube for my next oil change specifically for this fact!!

  It seems service tech did not tighten my oil drain cap screw, now I've got oil stains in my driveway ....this is not skilled work! I'll have to come back to the so they tighten oil pan drain cap screw! # Horrible work!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was super efficient, friendly, and very professional, and the service was done quickly without feeling rushed. The price was great, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about doing the job right. I love this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
