  I do have to say that this enterprise in Palmdale is a lot better than one in Lancaster, people here take their time, and they greet you with smiles, it was fun.I enjoyed the time the car my experience was awesome.The return was awesome.Everything went smoothly , and I would always in continue to use them , they very professional. reliable

  Avoid. Go elsewhere. Never waited so long to pick up a rental car, it was almost 2 hours as the cars weren’t ready. Even dropping the car off took 45 minutes. Just go elsewhere save yourself the time.

  I have been a loyal customer of this Neighborhood Enterprise location for several years and have always appreciated their consistent customer service, even though the branch is often very busy and short-staffed. However, during my most recent rental just before Christmas, I was extremely disappointed to receive a vehicle that was visibly dirty after having an appointment and waiting nearly two hours. This was unacceptable and very unprofessional, especially given the timing and the fact that I needed the vehicle to transport family and my elderly grandmother. Despite this negative experience, I want to sincerely recognize two outstanding employees who made a difficult situation much better. Daniel Lopez went above and beyond to assist me with patience, respect, and genuine care, even taking additional steps to address the condition of the vehicle as best he could. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out, and he is a tremendous asset to this location. I also want to acknowledge Dylan Clark, who has always provided kind, attentive service and was wonderful when I returned the vehicle. Although my experience with the assistant manager during this visit was disappointing, I refuse to let one situation overshadow years of positive service from this location. My gratitude and appreciation go especially to Daniel Lopez and Dylan Clark for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and care for their customers. They truly deserve recognition from management.

  It was a great experience. Will definitely be back in the event I need another rental. Thank you so much Dylan for all your help, patience, kindness, and professionalism. You definitely made this rental easygoing.

  yeah so literally everytime i have to come here i dread it because first of all, nobody EVER answers the phone no matter how many times you call and what hours. secondly, they never bothered to let me know that my insurance wasn’t going to cover my rental past a certain date and now im being charged $140 even though i was here a few days ago prior to that and have consistently been calling to ask. thirdly, there is zero sense of urgency even when the line is out the door, employees will literally have their phones in their hands watching sports games lmao. there is also no apology for the wait or any sense of care. honestly the lancaster location has better customer service which says a lot, i’d choose that one over this one!!
