She was no help at all and only offered store credit or return it back in Monrovia where I bought it Went to Littlerock AutoZone and they showed me how to open my account on my phone and they scanned the barcode on my phone and returned my item.

I went in the today again to get a new battery and Alejandro help me he was great and put my new battery in so quick. If you have to go to autozone in the av this is the place!!!
- JHJacob HunterNov 5, 20255.0Was nearby at the Starbucks on 47th and my car started having problems with the battery because there was acid buildup and it was leaking on the battery brought it in and the kind lady Joanna checked for if it was under warranty and immediately help me out no hesitation to swap it out got me all the tools I needed even helped me with a nut that I stripped just overall excellent customer service would definitely go back again
