  Manager Joanna is rude and not friendly. Tried to process a return with her and she refused to accept the part because of her lack of knowledge of how a clutch is assembled and claimed I was missing a wire (retaining ring) and clutch trust plate that were already assembled in the pressure plate. I simply agreed with her and went to a different location. There was no point in arguing with someone who had an attitude.

  My experience at this Autozone was exceptional. Anytime I call I am answered with a happy voice ready to assist me with my needs. When I am looking for a part the team is prompt and precise in finding me the correct part at an affordable price. Today I needed a price for an alternator, Joanna Haro went above and beyond to find me the best possible part for my budget, I really appreciated the extra time she spent to look for my best interest. Overall this store has great customer service, and is always looking for the customers best interest.

  I have had 2 bad experiences at this store. The first time was when I was returning snow chains that weren’t not used. I purchased these chains in Nevada during my trip to Lake Tahoe as it was expecting to snow. I wanted to be prepared in case the chains were required on my trip which they weren’t. Upon returning back to my house, I went to go return the chains. It was a female cashier who helped me. From the very beginning, she had an attitude. Asking if the chains were used when clearly the packaging was intact and if I purchased the chains at that specific store. As far as I am aware, it doesn’t matter what AutoZone I purchase from to make a return, as long it is the same company. Today, I went to go make a return for some things that I needed to repair my car’s oil gasket but didn’t end up using because I had to take it to the dealership to be fixed. There was another female cashier who automatically asks why I was returning so many things. It shouldn’t concern them as to how many items I am returning, especially when they can see the boxes aren’t opened. I just got my car back today from the dealership and obviously couldn’t return the items that were in my car if I was weeks without my car. She then proceeds to ask if the items were purchased at the exact store. In their policy, it states returns can be made at your local store. In my case, it happens to be this one but they always have problems with returns.
