  Amaxing customer service, the sales reps (Joanna & Ramon) helped me in a major time of need—i came in just before closing in need of a tool, and normally they dont lend out tools at night, but they entrusted me and it payed forward. Im grateful i stopped at the 37251 47th st E Ave S, palmdale CA. Amazing customer service.

  Joana and Ramon were so hopeful during a stressful time. Purchased an alternator a few months back and came in today to use the warranty. Tested it and confirmed the alternator was faulty and were able to get me in and out really quick. (Sorry for keeping you past closing hours). Amazing coordination and would definitely recommend being attended by Joana and Ramon. Thanks again.

  Manager Joanna is rude and not friendly. Tried to process a return with her and she refused to accept the part because of her lack of knowledge of how a clutch is assembled and claimed I was missing a wire (retaining ring) and clutch trust plate that were already assembled in the pressure plate. I simply agreed with her and went to a different location. There was no point in arguing with someone who had an attitude.

  My experience at this Autozone was exceptional. Anytime I call I am answered with a happy voice ready to assist me with my needs. When I am looking for a part the team is prompt and precise in finding me the correct part at an affordable price. Today I needed a price for an alternator, Joanna Haro went above and beyond to find me the best possible part for my budget, I really appreciated the extra time she spent to look for my best interest. Overall this store has great customer service, and is always looking for the customers best interest.
