  Would rent again BC of great customer service and great prices! Got our keys in minutes from Heather at front desk. She did not pressure at all to get any extra coverages which was refreshing, in and out in minutes. A few issues with our vehicle including no spare tire, and missing some gas, but the manager Charity took care of it. Will def rent from here again when is Palm springs!!

  I was knowingly given a car with not a full tank of gas and was told to return it full (obviously to benefit their lack of staff which is why they said it wasn’t full to begin with), I was told by the staff who called the manager to confirm that compensation would be provided. After receiving my receipt with no discount applied, I reached out to customer service which has given me the run around for the last week and are refusing to provide anything. Would not recommend using Sixt at PSP

  My rental was on the busiest weekend of the month (Tennis Tournament). The airport was loaded with travelers and all rental companies had long lines. I reserved a BMW X5 about a month prior with SIXT and during sign in Makayla greeted me with the most joyous smile and amiable personality. They were running low on inventory, which was acceptable knowing that a major athletic event was happening near by. I’m ecstatic thinking I’m going to drive the BMW I was planning to purchase when I returned home. Well, the BMW was loaned out. I didn’t let my spirits down, I figured Makayla would find the next suitable option. She then reached out to Jordyn for an alternative. Jordyn then apologized a mentioned she had a Cadillac Escalade awaiting my arrival. WHAT?! This is an UPgrade. I didn’t expect it. I was beyond overjoyed and immensely appreciated the switch in vehicles. Their client relations was phenomenal! I’d choose them both again if they worked at other Sixt locations too! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Palm Springs and if you’ve read this far, spend the extra and get the luxury vehicle. Pamper yourself with a quieter ride and and audiophile sound system. Make life great! Thank you Makayla and Jordyn for being SuperStars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  this is a note for heather, who is one of the most upbeat customer service folks and just humans more broadly i’ve ever interacted with even before why i am really writing this review: heather — we want to thank you for recommending we visit the wind phone on our visit to joshua tree yesterday. we never would have found it otherwise, and we both had moving experiences connecting with our loved ones. my deepest most heartfelt thanks for mentioning this special place. it made our trip immensely more meaningful, and it was especially important timing for me because it’s very close to the anniversary of one of my best friends passing. how special to have a way to connect to her. thank you heather! the world needs more people like you!

  Amazing service - Heather was just the best - she helped us get the best deal - super nice, knowledgeable and she was so fun too - we upgraded to the soft top BMW and have been having the best time driving around with the roof down! Go Sixt and we will be back - thank you so much Heather ❤️
