  No point reserving a specific type of car. When you check in they just dig through a bowl of keys and find something close. So your reservation is basically just to have a car. What’s the point of offering different options if you just end up providing what ever is available at check in.

  Had a reservation for a minivan. After arriving with exhausted kids around 11pm Brook refused to give a car saying they won’t have enough. I rent about 100-150 days per year with National and have never had that happen. I completely understand that location may not have enough vehicles to accommodate everyone, but a simple notice would have made all the difference. I could have rented a vehicle from another company. At this point other counters were closed Agents were not accommodating Just be aware
