The people who work here are pretty rude. We booked a rental car from another enterprise location in Palm Springs, and they were out of car seats when we picked up our car. So we had to come to this location to pick up a car seat. Overall the person working here was rude to me even though it was Enterprises fault. Also the first rental place said not to worry about the cost of the car seat since they messed up, but this location charged me for the car seat and made me feel like an inconvenience to them. Bad communication all around.

Waited in line for almost 2 hours along with everyone else. We reserved a car the night before but the guy at the counter said they are not giving cars out for same day reservations. Why did it let us make a reservation if we couldn’t actually get a car? The absolute worst experience at a rental car place I’ve ever experienced. They had no cars..we ended up with a truck..who does that in Palm Springs?

Update: Drew, thank you for attempting to respond, but to be clear, you have my name and location from which I rented, which means you have access to all of the information, and you offer a link to a generic "contact us" website where I need to go through an entire chain of prompts, re-explaining why I was disappointed in my latest experience with Enterprise. I think the "solution" you've offered is nothing more than an attempt to make it look like you're trying to resolve my issue, while all the while hoping I won't pursue it further. If you reserved a "full size" vehicle and none are available, they will offer an "upgrade" to a small SUV at the same price. Twice now I've accepted this "upgrade" and found it substantially inferior to a full size sedan.

Absolutely terrible experience. It took two hours waiting in line to receive a car. Completely unacceptable. When I returned the car, the attendant asked how this went I told him I had to wait for two hours to receive a car, he asked me if I would like a discount or a call from a manager. I asked for a manager to reach out. After a week, a manager never reached out so I reached out to enterprise corporate who assured me this must be an oversight and they would reach out to a manager and to give them 5 days. That was ~three weeks ago. Typically big company nonsense. They provide terrible service and run you around hoping it’ll be too much of a pain for you to deal with.

I recently travelled to Palm Springs from BC with my family. My sister reserved a car at Enterprise PS airport where we waited in line for over 2 HOURS. There was often only one person at the front desk and another wandering around somewhat aimlessly. My sister had reserved a car seat and confirmed, by phone, it would be available, however, they could not locate the car seat. At this time, we were informed it was our responsibility to install it (thank you, youtube) due to liability - we weren't pleased this wasn't mentioned previously, but understood the reasoning. We both registered as drivers and when I presented my US credit card to pay was told everything would have to be deleted and re-entered because the name the registration is in, is who has to pay. Also something that would have been worth mentioning sooner and we were not about to spend any longer than necessary with her 3.5 year old toddler and my senior mother and aunt waiting so my sister paid. We were then directed through the parking lot to a van where the spare car seats were kept - and they did not have the appropriate size on hand. We were asked to go find our rental and someone would bring us the carseat. For this, we waited only another 5 minutes. I would have given Enterprise 2 stars, however, upon returning the rental, we were greeted by Enrique who asked the loaded question of, "how was everything?". When my sister finished explaining our dissatisfaction with the issues we experienced acquiring the car, he knocked our bill down from $710 to $380! Enterprise might want to focus a bit more attention on front end staff training, because Enrique managed to turn this sour experience into a much better one, hence the 4 stars.
