  I will start by saying that this was only second time at this location and the first was perfectly normal. I usually used the location in my town but this location is across the parking lot from my job. Anyway, I used a portion of my 1/2 hour lunch break to finally wash my car after the rains we had a couple weeks ago. Because my time was limited I didn't get out of my car at the time but when I did I noticed my car was still filthy in the back but I figured I would just go back in 2 hours when I got off work. Well I did just that but I was told that their policy only allows for 15 minutes post wash for a rewash. I said dont you guys let people bring their cars back if it rains, he answered in the affirmative if it rains within 3 days. So I asked so I can bring my car back for if it rains but not if it didn't get clean in the first place? He apologized and said those are the rules. Won't even go back to this location in desperation. Update: The owner's response was a simply a rephrasing of what I stated I was told by their employee and as opposed to typing out a policy I was already made aware of they could have just said "Come back and we'll make it right." Allowing people to come back after it rains days later but not same day is just stupidly rigid particular since my job shares a parking lot with this location and technically didn't leave the premises as their policy restricts. Just another thing I'll add to the list of doing at home.

  Pros: Endless wiping towels, great vacuums, fair price, good hours. Cons: Worst blow driers I’ve experienced, water spots, poor cleaning, poor tire cleaning, compressed air pressure too low. Comment: After driving through the Vista Chino liquid clay after it was reopened, I went to QuickQuack 3 times in one visit and still couldn’t get my car clean, I had to go to an expensive hand car wash to remove all remnants of the Vista Chino liquid clay! I think the car wash tunnel is tired, because the NEW QuickQuack in La Quinta is much better. And the people running the pressure washer at the entry are useless! Why bother!

  I love quick quack but this one in palm springs on vista chino, I would give -stars. First time i got a car wash, the right side of the car washing equipment was not working. After the 2nd time and right after rain and a truck splashed muddy water all over my car I took it in and now the left side is not working. Front of my car still muddy. The person up front to spray down your car prior to going in, didn't spray my car at all. Sorry quick quack, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me for allowing you to fool me again. Never go to this one on vista chino. Rest of them are great, this one should be torn down

  Don’t use this location Half the wash inside isn’t working Brushes and tire shine are not functioning. It’s been this way for two weeks!!

  Quick Quack is my go-to car wash in the Coachella Valley! The service is always fast, consistent, and leaves my car looking great. I also want to give a special shout-out to Devin, who is exceptionally attentive and polite. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Excellent customer service and a great wash every time. Highly recommend!
