  Will never use this rental company again, our flight was cancelled and they charged us over $1200 to go to another airport. I called first and they advised because of an emergency go to other airport and we will help you. They wont return phone calls or discuss the matter. I could have purchased a different rental and go to other airport for $150.00 I HAVE CALLED 5 times and no one will call me back to discuss

  I rented a car from this location. They did not give me a receipt and made it seem like I did not actually rent the car even though I was being charged. I have been reaching out for two weeks in order to get this corrected and no one ever answers the phone and the escalation team with national Rent-A-Car. Customer service has sent several messages to the local branch to get this corrected with no response at all I rent around 100 cars a year with national Rent-A-Car and this is by far the worst location with Response.

  I travel a few times a month. National is the only rental company that I trust. The Palm Springs team is great!

  Thank you to National for providing such an excellent experience during our recent vacation in Palm Desert. What we appreciated most was how quick and efficient the entire process was, especially the ability to avoid waiting in line. After traveling, the last thing we want is to stand around at a rental counter, and National clearly understands and respects that. From arrival to being on the road, everything moved smoothly and with purpose. We were able to access our vehicle quickly, without unnecessary steps, delays, or back-and-forth at the counter. That speed and simplicity made a real difference and allowed us to start our vacation relaxed instead of frustrated. We also want to specifically thank National for not pushing upsells or unnecessary add-ons. Being able to get exactly what we reserved, without pressure or sales tactics, is refreshing and greatly appreciated. The vehicle was ready, clean, and exactly as expected. This kind of service shows a strong focus on the customer experience — respecting both time and trust. Avoiding lines, avoiding pressure, and delivering on expectations is what keeps us coming back.
