The contrast was glaring. The car was clean and in good condition. The process was speedy and we only had wait a short time for them to get a car on short notice. I only regret that I did not get the names of those who helped so that I could write a letter of appreciation to Enterprise directly. Thank you

Your people made it easy for me to run off to my brother on his death bed. My Xmas was terrible and tragic and your people were gentle and accommodated me. I appreciate it very much. Thank you for being there for me and I will book with you directly in the future. God bless and happy New Year.

We were not late for our reservations. 2 times we had to rent a mini van that had low ground clearance for our purposes. The 3rd time we had to rent a Chevy Tahoe, great ground clearance but too wide to fit in our condo garage, also terrible fuel milage, and I felt like I was driving a BUS. 2 reservations were made at Phoenix International Airport and one at Palm Springs. Ca airport.

They gave me the only vehicle they had a Large Suburban which uses alot of fuel for my driving. I’m back today to switch and they refuse to exchange.
