I noticed that my car was down on oil this morning and decided to drive over and pick some up. Lydia is the associate who assisted me. She gave me paper towels as I was going to add the oil in the parking lot. As I walked up to the store to put the empty bottle into the garbage I noticed there was none outside. I went inside and asked Lydia if I could throw the bottle away with them. She took the bottle and even the paper towel that I had used to wipe my hands on. She took it a step further to let me know that there was a restroom in the back that I was unaware of that I could wash my hands. From beginning to end Lydia was helpful, friendly & fantastic and I can only assume an overall asset to AutoZone. Thank you Lydia for maintaining the excellent service I receive at AutoZone each and every time I come in.
