  They’re the best, they will rotate your tires, fill them with air if needed, check all the lights, they’re just the best. Managing their times better will allow them to get the best service and not suggest customers to change their schedule around them. But overall they are the best.

  Salvador was great. He searched for my hard-to-find tire and found it. Was installed within 5 days of ordering it. The local Mercedes dealership never even returned my call. So this will be my go-to place when I need all the tires replaced. (Technicians were also professional and friendly.)

  We discovered a nail/leak in our tire and we were headed back to San Francisco early the next day. We took it to Allen Tire and Edward saved us. He was very busy but squeezed us in considering our circumstances. Outside of that, Edward is incredible personable, friendly and professional. Great job and thank you again - Jerry

  I came in without an appointment to get a damaged tire replaced and I was done and out of there in less than an hour. The person who waited on me was friendly and helpful. All in all it made a stressful situation easier for me. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to give Allen Tore my business

  Thank you so much to Edward and Salvador!!! Trustworthy!! Incredible price!!! Exceptional service!! I was a bit worried that I would get ripped off, being a woman and driving alone. I had a major tire issue on my Porsche Macan driving through the desert from Phoenix to Palm Springs. I chose this shop bc they are open on Sundays and close to the Convention Ctr. I decided to order 4 new tires, as they needed replacement anyway and I didn’t feel safe driving back home through the desert. They needed to be ordered, and I realized I also needed new brake pads and rotors. They said they would order Brembo brake parts. This put me on a flight to Phoenix and back the next weekend to pick up my car. Edward said my car would be safe and would even put it in the garage for the week. During the week, it was discovered that I needed original Porsche parts. They ordered them from the Porsche dealership (only charged me a little bit more) and when I showed up the following Saturday my car was all ready for me! Salvador even showed me the Brembo parts for return and the boxes that the Porsche brakes came in. They kept me informed the whole time and gave me a great deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!! Thank again - I appreciate being treated like family!!! SO HAPPY THAT I DIDN'T GO TO BIG-O!!!!
