Had to take cars as they finished cleaning them but they would only clean sedans even though most people has reservation for SUVs. All the other non Alamo affiliated rental car companies didn't have any problems, would recommend using Hertz or Budget on a busy weekend if in palms springs. Speaking to other people that go often they said this happens all the time on busy weekends with Alamo.

There was only one agent. After checking in, the car was delivered over 90 minutes later. Our flight from Sacramento was 70 minutes and sitting in the rental area was over three hours! Needless to say, many people were livid! Will not rent with Alamo again.

We waited an hour and a half just to be helped. I was traveling with my kids, who were exhausted after the flight, and standing in a long line with tired children for that long is unacceptable. This wasn’t a surprise rush—this location obviously expects heavy traffic and should staff accordingly. The employee working was doing their best, but management needs to take responsibility. One person at the counter for so many customers is not fair to employees or customers. I hope Alamo improves staffing at this location because this kind of wait completely ruins the start of a family trip.
