  They were extremely unhelpful with providing information about rental car options. Also they lied on their website about providing insurance options. The representative kept saying “That’s not us, we do not do that” even though it clearly says online.

  If going to rent a car in Palm Springs or surrounding area, Aztec is local and was just fabulous, got a 4 runner was perfect for 4 people and luggage, cost was on point and I will never use budget or hertz as long as there is Aztec, thanks again everyone for making our vacation great 👍

  100/10 recommend! I have been using Aztec Rent a Car since 2023 for Coachella, and every year since then has been incredibly smooth sailing. They are my #1 go to rental service in the Palm springs area, and i would def recommend them for your travel plans! Exceptional staff and customer service

  These guys were the BEST! They made the entire rental process so easy. No need to go to a counter with a long line. Our car was parked in the lot and they gave me specific instructions where to pick it up. Their rates were also more than competitive with the competition. If you need to rent a car in Palm Springs this is the only place to go.

  After reading about long lines and car shortages with the big named car rental companies, I was happy to find highly regarded Aztec Rent A Car. They provided a gorgeous vehicle and stellar service. I literally walked out of the airport to find my car ready to go while friends waited in line for hours. It was the best car rental experience I have encountered. I recommend them highly.
