  I come to this car wash very frequently, Sabii is always in such a good mood and never fails to kindly greet customers. Overall, the staff are very nice and professional.

  The young person who guided my van into the car wash ended up getting my tire stuck. After the crunching noise he instructed me to drive forward and somehow managed to get unstuck, but after going through the car wash I saw that my left front hub cap was bent and damaged. I reported it and someone was supposed to call me but never did. They say they’re not responsible for damages so I’d avoid this place. Go to Quick Quack instead, or anywhere else. I’d give 0 stars if Google would let me.

  This is my second time going as a member. When I went nobody came up to dry the car after, which I don’t mind but after drying, vacuuming, and throwing away trash from my car, a staff member came up and said “can you leave?” then followed up, saying the space is “only for drying and vacuuming”? I’m not sure if he didn’t see me cleaning my car but I told him I was already leaving and he restated that I need to go somewhere else. I’ll add that there were about 5 empty vacuuming stations. Overall off putting experience. I’d recommend trying another company/ location before here

  Several horrific experiences. Terrible service, unprofessional staff dirty Facilities. I canceled my membership. Pink elephant car wash on Highway 111 is a terrific experience. Courteous staff, professional, and outstanding work

  This is a great car wash and the monthly rate is a great value and staff is wonderful. Just watch out they did an "automatic renewal" on my visa card without my permission when I signed up for a "one month" wash. Why did you do that???
