  We called and made an appointment for 1:30. We showed up at 1:30 and the guy behind the counter says “Oh yeah, I saw that come in. We can’t get to you for at least an hour” What? I had an appointment. Why not call me before I drove down and let me know to make a new appointment? Come to find out they outsource their appointments to a company in a foreign country so they didn’t even make the appointment. So two hours later they repair my tire and charge me almost $50 for the repair… Really? $50 for a tire plug? Do yourself favor and go somewhere else.

  30 minutes before closing I was able to have my tire looked at. Unfortunately the nail was too close to the edge so I had to get a new tire. They were able to get it all done before closing. Great communication very effective.

  I went for oil and tire rotation and they put filters in without asking me. I was charged about $ 80 over what I had expected. Also told me I needed some other work that would cost me about $ 800. I refused that service. The time before they told me my battery was low and it lasted another 15 months ! I use to love this place and went for many years. Now I just think they try to take advantage of me

  I love this location and the guys, they have never turned me away even when they were busy. I've even been in to have engine light checked out and never was charged. Went in one morning with a dead battery and had to be somewhere in the morning and they got us right in changed the battery and made our appointment and that was without scheduling with them. Thanks guys your the best and service has been spit on.
