    Super weird interactions overall. You pulled my car out of a handicap parking spot, remove the handicap placard from the rearview mirror, parked the car very very far away for a person with a walking disability to go find it after the service, and the handicap placard was no longer where it was hung. I had to search and bend and look for it when I am handycap. The technician told me 80% stopping power on my brakes was from the back brake/tires… complete bull. I feel like because I’m a girl, y'all never think we know what we’re talking about. How are you going to print out a quote for me and leave off the psi of the tires, actual amount of tread left on the tires, and front and rear brake pad measurements. It was all left ___/32. And when I asked for actual measurements. He kinda guessed and just recommend new rear breaks without printed explanation. Also no veteran discount? Feels like every time I come into this specific location I am let down and reminded to try a different location or a different mechanic altogether. My grandpa used to use you for everything and swore by you so I used you too. You’ve lost a customer today forever a whole family of us.

    Your agent lied to me regarding remaining tire tread. Had two other places check and they were fine Asked for a refund but haven’t seen that come through yet. If it doesn’t show up soon I will get ahold of credit card company and have transaction cancelled

    Mario Garcia is a bad manager. Lazy with a bad attitude. Made an appointment for a tire rotation and balance at 1pm. Got there told me it would take 2 hours. I rescheduled for 9am the next day. They got it done in 35 minutes. I asked for a receipt. Manager didn't want to cuz "I gotta do a whole inspection...". The manager failed to tell the technician I asked to balance the tires. Would not recommend coming here.

    Waste of time. Called to make an appointment they said 10am but I wanted to give them more time since I called same day and said 10:30am they offered a ride but the said it wouldn’t be long. So I said I would wait. Upon arrival the employee tells me it’s going to be more than 2 hours and then without getting my responds recommends me going to jiffy lube. Which I called both but went with this cause it was closer to home. What establishment sends their business else where such a waste of time they should have said that on the phone when I made an APPOINTMENT.

    If I could put 0 stars I would. The most horrible and unprofessional experience I’ve ever received. Had an appointment and the employee sent me away. Said they were “too busy” and did not ask, but said we have to reschedule. I made arrangements with my job to get off early just to be turned away. When I asked why couldn’t they have called me to let me know about this earlier in the day all he said was “sorry” in the most monotone tone that translated as he didn’t care. Thankfully I made an appointment at a different shop, but my god this service was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. And to find out this employee, Eric, is the manager was shocking. Maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless, he needs to get some retraining in customer service skills.
