Pulling up my reservation appeared to be such a chore for “Andy” decided to make the drive to another location.

Absolute HORRIFIC attitude and customer service from this individual she hung up on me 4 times when I got to enterprise to check if my car was available she “claimed” she would put me on hold and that it wasn’t her fault the company lines hung up on me! How does an assistant branch manager not know how to put a call on hold then she replied with “well your here now what do you want”!!!! Keep in mind the other two customers waiting there were also contacting corporate to file a complaint about her! I’ve done business with this enterprise for years up to 3-4 times a yr getting rentals …..NEVER AGAIN. I will take my business elsewhere thanks to her nasty attitude including the other elder gentleman who couldn’t hear a word I was saying and was also rude
