This is after they put us in a car that had no oil and nearly seized up 3 mins after leaving their lot. Then we waited 3 hours for their roadside assistance to get here, towed our car away, and were still sitting, waiting for an answer. The Worst!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

Despite a challenging day involving a major Nissan SUV recall that caused significant chaos and limited inventory, Miguel handled a crowded office with incredible poise. Even though my reservation from the 800-number hadn't migrated to the local system, he resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I also want to highlight his thoughtfulness: when I asked about a cell phone holder, **Miguel** took the initiative to find one in the lost-and-found for me to use during my six-day rental. His polite, kind, and professional attitude—both at pickup and during my easy return—made a stressful situation much more manageable. My return was equally as impressive. I was able to be helped immediately, again frinedly cheerful staff & was given a ride back to the dealer where my car was being repaired! Thank you, Miguel, for the excellent customer service!
