    Probably one of the worst automotive shops I have ever been to. I made an appointment for 1 PM and arrived 15 minutes prior. I informed them I had an appointment and they still had no idea who I was. After an hour of waiting for my car to even go back I asked them how long it would be for my car to be done. The man at the front desk became irritated and informed me he did not know. I informed him if it wouldn’t be soon I would just collect my keys and leave. Without informing me how I would be, he handed my keys and said “later”. Additionally ,I received a coupon that was valid at the location for a $49.99 oil change and tire rotation. One of the clerks at the establishment denied the coupon and said he could only give me $20 off.

    Update: after seeing a response from the corporate company (Monro), who I actually sent a message through their website the same day as my review, I called the number provided 5 times and press the correct prompts and every time it says I’m number one in the queue and nobody answers the call. If Monro does want to make this right, last name of customer is Houston invoice #450519, feel free to pull up in your system and reach out to my sister. Or go through messages and reach out to me if you would like to make this right. My sister had an issue with her 2012 Toyota Venza, engine light came on, multiple lights on dash, running badly. She brought it to this shop and they found an engine code of MAF sensor. They charged 124$ to plug in a scan tool and pull an engine code and they do not do any further mechanical diagnosis. They sold her a new MAF and proceeded to sell her on 6 new coil packs and spark plugs…for what? She continued to have her problem and they referred her to a sister company in San Diego where they actually troubleshooted and did a partial diagnosis and determined to be an ECU electrical (computer) problem. This shop charged my sister 2100$ to not only not fix her problem, but to charge her for parts and labor on stuff she didn’t need for her problem. I called them and explained the matter and gave them an opportunity to give her some sort of refund and the guy pretty much said they don’t do that and they go off what the engine code is and do work based off of that. When I told him no code pointed to misfire problems, rich or lean problems, fuel trim problems, or anything other than MAF code in which they didn’t attempt to Actually troubleshoot and diagnose, he had nothing to say and again refused to make things right. Do not bring your vehicle here, this is not a mechanic shop, this shop gives mechanics a bad reputation, they are computer mechanics relying on what their computer tells them to don rather than having the proper skills to do mechanical work.

    I’ve been coming to this store for a few years. The prices are better here than most and definitely better than a dealership. They are kind and helpful and will work to find the best price.

    I normally don't leave reviews on anything but AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My car wouldn't turn on so I towed it here. I recently replaced my battery and triple a said it was the alternator. This shop said it wasnt my alternator it was the battery. I said ok how much is it? Almost 400 dollars for a battery. So I tell them do I have a warranty from autozone they apparently call autozone and said I dont. I knew something was fishy so I went to autozone myself. It ends up i do. I go get the battery warranty myself, replace it and a few days later my car is dead again. I took it to another shop its the alternator as I originally thought. Don't go to this shop they're only goal is to scam and make a buck.
