  WARNING – Please Read Before Taking Your Car Here I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this shop. Last week, I brought my car in for a simple tire replacement. The very next day, my tire pressure sensor light came on — something that had never been an issue before. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the vehicle back in. When I returned, I was informed that the tire sensor needed to be replaced and that it would cost $165.00. This didn’t sit right with me, especially since the issue appeared immediately after they worked on the tire. While the employee stood there waiting for me to sign the invoice, I called another reputable tire shop I’ve used before. They quoted me $80 for the same repair. At that point, I declined the $165 repair and asked them to simply put air in the tire because I planned to take it elsewhere. When I brought my car to the second shop, they inspected it — and here’s the most important part: the sensor was NOT bad at all. They replaced a small band component, fixed the issue, and did not charge me anything. The problem was minor and had nothing to do with a failed sensor. To make matters worse, the original shop kept my rim without telling me. When I asked about it, they initially claimed they had never seen it. Only after I returned re: my new tire issue did an employee suddenly “find” it and bring it out. No one ever contacted me to say they had it. I was literally preparing to order a replacement. Between the inaccurate diagnosis, the inflated repair quote, the lack of transparency, and the poor communication, this was a very disappointing experience. Consumers deserve honesty, fair pricing, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of that here. Please be cautious.

  Daniel the manager was excellent and his mechanic either Eric or Tony was really good. Did a great job and explained everything very well and showed me the worn parts. Very pleased! These are my guys for future work!

  I took my car here for an alignment, specifically for rear camber adjustment which they confirmed they could do over the phone. Not only did they return the car with a crooked steering wheel, but they refused to touch the aftermarket camber arms despite having the specs. When I brought it back, the guy was dismissive and a bit short with me. More importantly, after hearing a noise on the drive home, I discovered the lug nuts and the rear upper control arm bolts were loose enough to unscrew by hand. My wheel could have fallen off on the freeway. I had to cancel a trip, fix their work myself, and pay another shop $200 to redo the entire job correctly. Avoid this place if you value your safety.

  Unfortunately I have had troubled with my tires from the PSI bring low to two tires with leaks. I cant express enough how terrific everyone is at Mountain View Tire, Highly recommend

  Fantastic dudes. Talked w 3 different team members and each of them was kind and helpful. Even though it was a bit busy, I didn’t have to wait long and when it came to offering solutions for my tire’s slow leak, I didn’t feel pushed in any direction. Would definitely go back again.
