  Hey there, when I took my car to get serviced, everyone there are so nice and friendly, and I am so happy that my car 🚗 is finally done, I think your service people get a Big A on their report card!!!!

  When I took my truck in the service was fast and great when I came back two days later. The staff was late to work. He could care less that he was late he had attitude. He looked like he just rolled out of bed and he wouldn’t honor our military discount and finally did at the end. The customer service needs some serious looking at.

  DISHONEST CROOKS ! During a simple tire rotation, they caused a misalignment on our three year-old SUV, And then try to sell us a $12,000 brake job. We left and got two separate opinions who confirmed we did not need a brake job on that car. NEVER Go to Mountain View tires!!! That location is on Town Center, Way in Palm Desert.

  I have been coming to this Mountain View for years now and the service has always been great, but Mario has been particularly awesome. I had multiple issues with my tires over the past year and he is always really friendly and goes above and beyond to get me taken care of. Him and his crew even stayed a bit late to get a tire swapped for me since I couldn’t make it in earlier due to work. I recommend this location in particular to everyone and I will continue to come here.

  I had an appointment at the shop for a oil change, I arrived at my appointment time and was rudely greeted by a gentleman who acted surprised that anybody who was in the lobby asking for service. I tried to inform him that I had an appointment for an oil change and his first a response without even asking any questions was it will be multiple hours. As I looked in the bay there are two cars being worked on and multiple spots open and I look back to him and say I’m a little confused I have an appointment if it was this “busy” why not call to have me come in at a different time and I tried to ask him what time would be better for me to come in today so it would not be multiple hours. He rudely responded only focusing on my comment that I made about two cars being worked on and did not answer my question and only came up with an answer that was easy for him and the rest of his day and that was to come back early tomorrow morning even though I had an appointment today. Why make it an option to have an appointment later in the afternoon for an oil change if it is going to take multiple hours or not be honored that just doesn’t make sense. He has been rude to me multiple times in the past and his is now my third experience with the shop and I have attempted to give them understanding the first two times but today was not okay. My opinion not give them your business.
