  Overall, the work was done well. Front desk availability could be improved — a bell or door alert might help so customers aren’t waiting to check in or pick up their vehicle.

  Absolutely amazing place! Quick, reliable service and great work. Eric was responsive and explained everything to me. Thank goodness I no longer have a puncture in my tire! Thank you so much Mountain View Palm Desert for the speedy repair.

  pulled up to this location with an emergency serpentine belt replacement, they got me in the shop and then had to order in the belt. waited about an hour for the belt to get there, they replaced the belt in under 30 minutes but still charged for the hour. this job should have cost under $200 but this shop is into price gouging. the belt costs $35 at AutoZone yet they charged me $159 plus a labor charge of $189 for what would take only 30 minutes. $348 for a belt replacement is absurdly over priced. when I brought this up to the manager mario his response was to become defensive and stated that he wasn't gonna debate it and "we are in business to make money". 300 percent markup for parts is unethical and gouging someone in an emergency situation is the worst kind of crook.
