Initially there was confusion over whether they were a mobile installer or I go there. They came to me but charged me more than initially quoted by Intoxalock. The installer did not wire the unit properly. Took two months to rectify. I got stuck several times because the vehicle would not start. Intoxalock was of no help. They told me to charge my battery. Really? Problem from day one was the product was not wired correctly. Am still disputing charges. Furthermore the installer damaged my vehicle. A side panel on the dash no longer fits in place. There is a terrible rattle under where they worked. All of this damage was done to a 1 year old Bronco Sport. Awful. Intoxalock makes a good product. But without a quality service center you're in for a nightmare. Since posting my review I have been contacted by Intoxalock, They are going above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Can't ask for more. Intoxalock makes a quality product. Should you go with them make sure you have an exceptional installer/service center. My new service center in Palm Desert, CA has a 5-star rating on Yelp. Wish I went with them on day one.
