The company was closed at the drop off location and there were no facilities to leave a key. 2 drop off paper work or 3. Park the car. When I picked up the car the man also told me I could pre pay for 1/2 a tank of gag. I did say yes but that never got to the contract. I would suggest that enterprise check the telephone recordings on the frustration that I went through and remove the second day charge because the office in San Pedro did not own for two days. I will be more than happy to to discuss this problem with anyone after 1-7-2026 when I come back from my cruise I Shapiro

The branch manager, Andy, was rude and dismissive when I asked to swap my compact rental for the full-size vehicle I originally reserved. The lot was full of cars, yet he claimed none were available and showed no interest in helping me. As a Platinum Tier customer, I expect better service and professionalism. This branch failed to meet even basic customer care standards.
