  Maria Borbon-Gonzales should NOT be in the frontlines of this company. Absolute HORRIFIC attitude and customer service from this individual she hung up on me 4 times when I got to enterprise to check if my car was available she “claimed” she would put me on hold and that it wasn’t her fault the company lines hung up on me! How does an assistant branch manager not know how to put a call on hold then she replied with “well your here now what do you want”!!!! Keep in mind the other two customers waiting there were also contacting corporate to file a complaint about her! I’ve done business with this enterprise for years up to 3-4 times a yr getting rentals …..NEVER AGAIN. I will take my business elsewhere thanks to her nasty attitude including the other elder gentleman who couldn’t hear a word I was saying and was also rude

  They were so accommodating. My plans had changed and I had a reservation with a different rental. They charged me fifty dollars to cancel. I am an Enterprise customer from now on!

  Unfortunately, this was a really frustrating experience. I first rented a car from the Varner location in Palm Desert, and the vehicle was extremely dirty on the inside and clearly not sanitized. Because of my work schedule, I couldn’t switch it out right away, but I would have if I could. A few days later, I went to the location on Highway 111 to exchange the car. The staff there seemed overwhelmed and honestly pretty annoyed with customers, which didn’t help the situation. They did give me another car, but instead of handling it professionally, it felt careless. After I mentioned my concerns, they cleaned it so aggressively that they handed it to me completely soaked on the outside, with all the windows still wet, almost like they wanted to make sure I noticed. I was already irritated at that point and just left. Enterprise had a chance to make things right and didn’t. Overall, the experience showed a lack of care and basic standards. I won’t be renting from them again.

  Ever since Tony Fuentes left this location and company it’s gone to crap. No professionalism. No desire for customer service. No inter personal skills. As someone who rents a lot of vehicles, this is by far the worse store to rent from. They hire a lot of young people that have no skills dealing with people. Yesterday I was in the store and standing there while the only employee in the back was on their phone. Then the “Branch Manager” guy comes in to help me and had no desire to earn or be respectful of my business. In front of other customers, he was condescending, dismissive, and rude. He showed his immaturity and lack of experience in the hospitality work force. He needs to be replaced. I’ll take my business elsewhere and cancel by enterprise account.
