  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE; DO NOT GO HERE; DON'T COUNT ON THEM HAVING A CAR - they don't have the cars, even if you made a reservation. Had a reservation, they claimed they did not have it. Made new reservation, and next day showed up, and the employee said he had to call multiple customers to say there were no cars. Beyond rude customer service and could have cared less. Went to HERTZ at JW Marriott and had a car in 7 minutes. Wish I could give Enterprise Corporate and this Enterprise location ZERO stars.

  Varner Rd. Location It was very busy, and they had no cars. 5 people came in with reservations, to be told there were no cars. ? How is that allowed to happen? I did get a vehicle, but did wait 75 minutes to get it. Despite being very busy & dealing with a number of unhappy people the staff was friendly & apologetic. I’m glad a got a car, but beware if using Enterprise, you may not get a vehicle.

  Friendly staff, comfortable and clean car that we had for a month. I love that Enterprise does not charge for a spouse to drive. Easy pick up and drop off, and we like the option for pick up and drop off. We reserved by phone to an area we had never been before. Even though we discussed our exact location we would be staying at, we were sent to a facility that was too far away and was out of the area for drop off and pick up service. That resulted in two UBER rides that totaled approximately $80 before tip. There were two other options that were much closer and verified at the location we were sent to . Next time, I will search locations before I book :(

  The Enterprise team at Palm Desert went above and beyond for us last Saturday. There were no cars when we got there but they located a mini van in the next town, La Quinta, and drove us there. We returned it to the Palm Springs Airport on Monday with no problem. Enterprise is our favorite car rental company!

  I highly recommend this Enterprise!!! They are absolutely amazing. We didn't have any issues checking in. They had our car when we got here. We had brought it back with a full tank and when we got it, it was empty so they gave us a credit for an entire day. (Most other rental companies will not credit you if you bring the car back with more gas than you got it with.) Pleasant people to work with. They take care with their customers and their cars are always clean and pretty. If you ever have to get a rental car from somewhere go here you won't regret it. We will never use any other company ever again. WE'LL DONE!!
