    I had to rent a car because ours was being fixed. I chose Enterprise because they had a convenient location. I will choose them again if I need to rent a car again because they were friendly, efficient and the price qouted was reasonable. When you are forced to rent a car having a quality experience is certainly welcome.

    (Hopefully they dont have Dandy to take this review off) If i could give No Stars I would. I've rented from this location about 5 times only once did it go without any issues. This past Friday was the last straw and to be publicly humiliated due to their error was uncalled for. I called HQ 3 times and yet to receive a phone call. The manager does not care!! She has been there in duty, hiding, while problems occur. Even during drop off I had an encounter with a former employee that told that this place always have had issues and the manager does nothing about it. (They allow cars to be resevered on the app even tho they dont have the availability rather than turn off the options for rentals when there's none available). On Oct 31, i had this reservation in place for a month. I checked in on the app the day before also put in my credit card, information and was charged an authorization fee.And my credit card was processed. Upon arrival, during check-in after the employee turned on the vehicle and went to process my payment, i was told my card was "declined" [I had my phone in my hand with my bank app open NO TRANACTIONS WERE EVER ATTEMPTED] He then went inside, i waited by the vehicle because it was still running and i had already signed the reantal aggreement. HHe then came back out and said it declined again and he could run a 3rd time becasue it would cancel my reservation or soemthing like that. I asked to speak with a manager and expressed how theres always isseus with them and there nwver been an issues with my payment. I asked for a manager, he (Jerry) hesitated and then said he was. So then I asked for corporate's number and he replayed said "you have a phone, you look it up." [While pointing to my phone on the counter] I told him if was the manager he should able to give to me and to earn his pay he then told me to have a good day. As I walked out, with my back turned and lobby full of people said to me "Make sure to tell corrpate that it's because your card delcined!" And laughed. Now I have worked customer service for 21 years and never have.I ever been tempted to treat a customer in the manner I was treated this past Friday. Not only did it effect me.not being able to make a very important appointment, it caused damages to my mental and physical health as well. I feel that was done out retaliation due to my prio complaints. May 14. No cars available had to wait 40 mins for one May 30. No cars again, despite having a reservation again in place for 2 weeks. Opted to getting a dirty car so I wouldn't miss my appointment. July 25. No cars, offered upgrade but not fuel efficient and ending up costing me more than budget for. Aug 22. Same as July 25. Sept 20-22. Only time it went ok. Oct 31. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! I'm not able to sleep, think or eat. This experience is giving me flashbacks. The humiliation is received was absolutely uncalled for! Im truly disappointed in Enterprise. All while I was one rental away from moving up a tier in the reward program. I showed loyalty, and this is how I'm treated. After looking at the reviews, there's response from different "owners". They thank the good reviewers and then redirect the customers who have issuse to corporate customer service rather than be an effecient manager and looking into the problems thenseleves.
