I found the price to be reasonable, and the vehicle felt quite safe and reliable. Returning the car was hassle-free—though, to be honest, I didn't read the instructions regarding how to confirm the return; I simply went and dropped it off at our agreed-upon time. Thank you very much, and I’ll definitely see you again next time.

- JJJose JaltecoMar 7, 20261.0One of the worst experiences I have ever had an I’m going to bring it up yet again because corporate refuses to do anything about it so I’m going to leave it here to make sure other customers see it I rented a car , they didn’t have it they told me to wait , I waited 2 hours and they said they’d come pick me up it took another two hours , they lied about the ETA they called me and said that they were in their way and somehow a 10 minute drive took them 2 hours (BTW they never actually arrived to my house ) Once I got to the actual location they had no urgency to give me my rental even though I had told them it was urgent due to personal matters , the lady at the front took her sweet time even after knowing who I was and howling I had been waiting The car they gave me was borderline not even in the class of cars I had rented They made no attempt to try and correct the situation nor feel any source of remorse , if you look at their yelp their customer service is an ongoing issue I made a complaint to corporate And they didn’t care at all they just said “ thank you for letting us know” DO NOT give this enterprise your business , go to the one on Victoria instead , they have much better service
