    Unhelpful and Dismissive Service I went in to ask a simple and important question about the truck’s braking system, and the experience was disappointing. The person at the counter wouldn’t even come closer to have a proper conversation, and gave me a vague, dismissive answer like I should already know that “any trailer can be hauled by a truck”—which is simply not true. When safety is involved, I expect clear, respectful communication. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
