Male dominated spaces like that sometimes come with the worry of being talked down to or taken advantage of. But my experience at Jiffy Lube completely changed that for me. Rupert, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly kind and respectful. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, made sure I understood everything, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or uninformed. He truly went above and beyond with his service. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back here from now on. It’s such a relief to find a place that feels honest, welcoming, and trustworthy.
