  This is a new installation (installed 2024) so everything is in top condition, and I've never had a problem charging here.

  Nice charger, not a great parking lot. Panhandlers will walk directly up to your car and ask you for money if they spot you. As an additional note since EVgo has ignored my 10+ messages on other channels about this, their app is broken for anyone who has a Toyota bz4x if you ever used the free year of charging from Toyota. Even after the offer expires, all CCS connectors will show as $0.00 forever, even if you uninstall and reinstall the app. Very frustrating I never know what I'm going to be paying until after the fact
