  Alexander Hyundai arranged a rental vehicle for me through Enterprise while my car was being serviced for the week, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and assisted immediately. The representative offered me a choice between two vehicles and clearly explained the rental terms, making the entire process seamless. I was on the road within approximately 15 minutes. When I returned the vehicle, the waiting area was full and only one team member was assisting customers. I anticipated a longer wait, but to my surprise, I was helped within just a couple of minutes. The return process was equally efficient — I handed over the keys, the vehicle was quickly inspected, and I was even offered a ride back to Alexander Hyundai, all within 15 minutes. The service was kind, professional, and impressively efficient. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I truly appreciated the thorough and thoughtful care throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely use Enterprise again and confidently recommend them to others.

  If you have plenty of time to wait while picking up your vehicle. Well, I guess choose Enterprise. If you have an appointment to be too, choose someone else.

  They left one guy to run the place on his own the day before Xmas Eve and he was patient with all customers and expedient with service even while the electronic payment machines went down. He saved my holiday vacation and even took the time to vacuum the vehicle before I drove off. Thanks Alex.
