I was picked up by the manager of Port Hueneme office. She had no electric vehicles so she called your Thousand Oaks Branch which had a Lucid. So she did a temporary rental and I drove to Thousand Oaks Branch to pick up the car they held for me. The lady that helped me couldn’t have been nicer! I believe her name was Izzy. Sorry if I have her name wrong. I needed the car over a month as my car had to go into the body shop. It turned to be 6 weeks. I returned it extremely quickly and easily at the Thousand Oaks Branch!! I hope that upper management will see this review!! I had the best experience and everyone I spoke to was vey nice and helpful! You should very proud you have excellent Branches in Thousand Oaks and Port Hueneme!!

It was paid for by the other insurance, although I did pay a little extra for a nicer car option. I got my deposit back with just doing the little extra pay as agreed upon. Customer service was really nice and helpful, I believe her name was Crystal, she was a rockstar making sure everything for me was taken care of even getting me a ride to and from the body shop. No complaints.
