  Went to the store to go purchase a battery stated they had two in stock they could not find them their inventory is off called another Branch to confirm batteries and stock and install drove to the other branch and Branch dated that now they cannot install the battery with free of purchase very disappointing

  My car unexpectedly broke down. It is an older car and I was expecting the worst. I called around for parts and Auto Zone had the best prices! I considered ordering from Amazon but my boyfriend recommended I go for more reputable brands especially since I need a reliable vehicle. The employee Chris Balasa was very helpful and informative. I ended up getting more parts and thanks to Chris he helped me navigate through which were the best parts for my car and made sure to give me all the options. I hope I don’t have anymore issues but if I do I’ll be back to Auto Zone!

  This is by far one of the best AutoZone locations I’ve ever been to. After moving to Oxnard, I needed a new battery and windshield wipers because of all the rain, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Oscar and his crew were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, explained my options clearly, and even helped with the installation, which made the whole process stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, and the team worked together seamlessly to help customers quickly and efficiently. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and truly cares about helping people. I will absolutely be coming back to this AutoZone for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

  Carlos was great! He showed and explained thoroughly what car batteries were more convenient for my car. He also changed our car battery for us very fast and efficiently while still being delicate and cautious with our car. Never had better service! Thank you Carlos!

  Very very very unprofessional. Anthony at the front and Rosa who seems to be working both at the front and commercial accounts desk lost my battery I brought into charge around 12pm noon that they said would take about 2 hours because there were prior batteries to charge before mine. After 15 minuites of looking for my battery they misplaced, they told me it had not been charged yet because it was just left on the front counter and forgotten about and it barely was put on the charger. Anthony after realizing I was frustrated stated “do you want ur battery or what” ? I said dead like that no I want it charged. Mind you it’s 4:08 pm now 4 hours later. The unprofessional didn’t stop there. I asked them that yes I would like them to continue to charge my battery that was forgotten about and asked for their names. Which Anthony refused but was wearing a name tag and Rosa never stated her name after asking multiple times Rosa finally told Anthony he could tell me her name. I can not express how much of a hectic and horrible week I have had personal housing issues, car trouble before the holidays, skyrocketing economy and now this absolute careless disrespect and unprofessional at AutoZone on 600 Ventura rd Oxnard California . I am ashamed and rest assured after my battery is charged I will no longer be visiting this autozone and making sure my friends and family know that when you walk into that door you are forgotten about mistreated and the employees don’t care about the customers .
