  We own a few cars in our family and a whole fleet in our company. But as of 2 years now we decided that our family cars will be bought from Alexander Cadillac of Oxnard. Carlos, in sales is great and has always been there for us and helped us out in every need we had, but the man of the hour has been Ruben in service. He has been taking care of us for more than 5 years now since we bought our very first Cadillac. The gentleman has been over and above with his professionalism, courtesy and making sure to listen and take care of the overall needs that a family of 6 would have. He has represented the brand and his position with the outmost respect and devotion. I wish more businesses would learn from the value that good people in a key position, can make. But then again, all we need is Alexander Cadillac and its team. Thank you guys!

  Alexander Cadillac – Absolutely Never Again Don’t take your car or truck here. I paid $500 just for them to tell me they wouldn’t do the work on my stereo. No fix — just a bill. Then they tried to upsell me $1,400 for a windshield, which was absurd. To make things worse, their tech broke part of my console while the car was in their shop. No ownership, no apology, nothing. And it gets better… Fifty miles down the road toward Los Angeles, the traction control starts acting up. I babied the car all the way to Ventura and pulled into Paradise Chevrolet. They plugged in their diagnostic, fixed the traction control issue quickly, and didn’t charge me a dime. That’s the difference between a dealership that respects its customers and one that doesn’t. For me, it’s simple: Never again at Alexander Cadillac. From now on, I’m taking my vehicles to Paradise — the people who actually help you.

  I’ve had my Cadillac for seven years and always get it. Serviced with the wonderful team at Aleksander. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Great service and my car runs great.

  Ruben Ortega in the service department is amazing! He knew what the problem was with my Cadillac from my description of the symptoms and got my car in and out of the shop efficiently and quickly. I have wanted a Cadillac since I was a kid and now that I have one I know that I will be bringing it to Alexander Cadillac for excellent service!
