They coordinate well with the rental agency to ensure a seamless pick up and drop off. This is the customer service you rarely find anymore. Definitely a gem. The body work looks fantastic and the AC works better than ever. The polished lights make it look like a new car. We have a teen driver and will be needing additional repairs and will definitely be back to Pioneer. Highly recommend. Smooth process,excellent craftsmanship and authentic customer service

Car looks fantastic and even better than before. We will definitely be back for future work and letting friends know. It's always a gift when you find such a business with such authentic customer service and pride in their work.
- JLJohn LewisAug 9, 20191.0If it were possible to give no stars I would I went to obtain an estimate, and was willing to give them the job, I asked a simple question as to the time/experience the individual had, his response was "what does it matter?" I meant no offence, but his attitude indicateed that he was superior to me and indifferent to my situation. I would not recomend that anyine go to this shop as they obviously don't have the customer upper most in their attitudes.
