  Absolutely outstanding response time and knowledgeable service. I was visiting from out of town and had a water leak that prevented me from pressurizing my water system. I had just got my trailer out of an RV dealer repair shop in Oregon that had been tasked with repairing the leak. They had failed to check their work and the leak was just as it had been prior to entering the shop. Tom had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of his arrival and had it repaired within an hour despite particularly difficult access to the leaking fitting. Tom also took the time to advise me on a couple of other items would need attention in the near future. Mr RV provides a great quality service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this business. 😁👍

  Always a quick response… Always excellent communication with Scott in the office and Tom on the job. He was at my home when he said he would be. Tom is a master mechanic who explains things in terms I could fully understand. I will use Mr. RV whenever I need help with my RVs. Extremely satisfied with this company.

  Scott went way beyond what I would expect. My electric awning stopped working so he told me if I gave him the last eight of my Vin number, the make of the awning and the RV information he would contact the manufacturer, contact Lippert about the awning so he could order the correct motor. He also contacted the extended warranty company who was telling me I was only going to get reimbursed $75 for mobile repair. Scott told me that’s not the case you should only have to pay our service fee and $100 deductible and the rest should be paid by the warranty company. He called them got all worked out, got the motor ordered and got here within a day. Tom was the one that did the work, extra friendly, extra helpful even took a look at our door that was jamming up into Rv and fix that too. I will take short vacations to Oroville to see Tom and Scott if I have any future RV issues as they are second to none!

  MR RV Mobile Repairs are great. I have used them for over a year now on several projects. Tom knows his stuff, he advised us of what we should be keeping up with maintenance wise. We were told by another repair company we needed a new air conditioner, Tom came out and found it was a control board. Save me big $$. On another visit he fixed our water heater and furnace we were having issues with. Scott did a good job with scheduling, communications and arranging payment via their secure payment link. They are a mobile company which made my life as a disabled person easy. Thanks guys.
