  I am absolutely so satisfied with the service here at Gerber Collision and Glass in Orangevale. The help by Greg, Chrissy, Oscar and all other staff has been outstanding. My car was in another shop for quite some time, letting my car just sit there so I decided to take it to Gerber and they were able to help me right away. My cars sunroof shattered and they were able to fix it within a short period of time, within a couple of days. They took great care of my car and kept me updated within the whole process. They worked with my insurance company to help me cover the cost of the repair, and great thanks to Chrissy for making me feel at ease, as insurance companies can be such a pain to deal with. Definitely recommend Gerber and their outstanding customer service to anyone.

  I had a horrible experience at this auto body shop. I used to use Gerber all the time and would highly recommended the OV location to friends and family. My last experience with them is enough to wipe away all the good experiences and that is sad. They have a new guy in the office that does not care if the customer is happy or not. Seems the only thing he cares about is being right. I will never use or recommend this repair shop to any of my friends or family. Beware using this location. The old staff was incredible and a lot of them are still there. I’ll keep you guys in my thoughts having to work with someone like that.

  Great service here! The guy who works at the front desk (I think his name is Austin) was very helpful and professional. Assisted in calling the insurance company and handled all the paperwork. Having his help made me feel at ease.

  Amazing service and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond!! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could, they made a bad experience of a collision repair into a better one. Shout out to Daryl, Fong, Katii and Amber!

  Im very satisfied with their service. First of all, all of the employees that I interact with are very kind and polite. I brought my Mercedes-Benz to this shop because there was a passenger side rear fender bender and passenger side mirror and windshield were smashed due to vandalism. But Gerber did their great job! It looks like it just came out from the factory. HIGHLY recommend this shop for all!
