I was quoted $145 for a synthetic (016) oil change, even though in store the price listed for synthetic is listed as $119+, so they have more and more tacked on fees beyond the minimum prices. Online they had a $15 off coupon which is not as generous as coupons previously. Online the scheduler said my car VIN was eligible for a blend ($90) but in person they said it required the 016 full synthetic, which added $55 to be $145. Service was fine and it took about 20 min but I would not go back to this location, will try other places next time

I am not an idiot so I said that I have a warranty with Firestone and would take it there and THANK GOD i did! My battery was 608/685 charge and my car never “didn’t start” they completely lied and tried to scam me into buying a battery I didnt need and will never be returning here.

The little guy that drove my car moved it all the way forward and dropped a quarter in the seat track, so I bashed my knee on the dash getting in and had to unjam the seat to get it to go back to where it was.
