I never write reviews, but they were confusing me about my tire's lug nuts, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them to begin with. I’m frustrated and annoyed that I let them take my money, so let my “you live and you learn” moment be your warning. If you’re coming in for an oil change, only get the oil change. If they suggest extra services, talk to someone who actually knows cars before agreeing to anything (or google), and just come back later if you really need it. Also, air filters and engine filters are super simple DIY fixes that cost $20–$40. I get that it can feel intimidating, but YouTube tutorials explain it thoroughly or having a friend who knows cars goes a long way too.
