Jazmin and Fabian, the owners, were incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely great people to work with. They took care of my mom’s vehicle for a fair, low price and the quality of their work was outstanding. The bumper looks brand new. My mom is a very tough, demanding person, and they handled everything with patience, grace, and smiles. They walked me through the whole process, kept communication clear, and delivered the job exactly as promised. On top of that, they back their work with a lifetime guarantee, which really shows how confident they are in the quality of their work. I highly recommend New Image & Body Shop. They are extremely quick with a great turnaround, and have a fair price. They are very accommodating of me (the owner one time went very out of her way to make sure I got home safe).
