Jazmin and Fabian, the owners, were incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely great people to work with. They took care of my mom’s vehicle for a fair, low price and the quality of their work was outstanding. The bumper looks brand new. My mom is a very tough, demanding person, and they handled everything with patience, grace, and smiles. They walked me through the whole process, kept communication clear, and delivered the job exactly as promised. On top of that, they back their work with a lifetime guarantee, which really shows how confident they are in the quality of their work. I highly recommend New Image & Body Shop. Exceptional service, honest pricing, and owners who truly care about their customers.

They are extremely quick with a great turnaround, and have a fair price. They are very accommodating of me (the owner one time went very out of her way to make sure I got home safe). I did file a claim with AAA for the vandalism and they went to New Image to see the damage and give approval to do the work. I told the owner, Jazmin, that I could not bring the car in until around the 14th. Then we set up an appointment for Monday 18th. This job would take four to five days due to having to fix the damage and repaint the front and back door so the paint would match perfectly. Then to my surprise they did a full detail of my car both inside and out. All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the owner, the front desk clerk, the workers who fixed the damage and painted it, to the Detailer. I am so very impressed. My car looks absolutely amazing, as good as it looked when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know who is in need of body work on their car. Sincerely, Lorri
