  Young woman I interacted with was pretty friendly but also a bit snarky for my taste. Also, at the end, I asked her to clean a spot on my windshield and she said I'd have to wait until she was done with another car that had just pulled in. (I just had the wipers changed as well as an oil change and a light bulb replaced. ) And, as i realized later, they forgot to gave me a new sticker and didn't fix the maintenance light.

  We had a great experience at this location. Showed up confident we knew what the issue was and were very professionally taught, by Abraham and Marjori, on why that wouldn't be the issue and shown the real issue. The parts were ordered and work was completed. The shop even ordered an Uber to get me to where I needed to go while they worked on the car. I will say though, they did forget to tighten down a hose clamp properly. This caused a bit of a headache on our way back home. Easy to fix but added some stress to the drive back home.

  Staff was friendly and service was quick. Payment was a challenge with Jiffy Lube giftcards purchased through Costco. Corporate or Costco did something odd with the giftcards so they didn’t process easily with the Point of Sale system. Resulted in needing a transaction voided which w/o onsite manager w/ adequate permissions took numerous phone calls. Fortunately was not in a hurry that day but it all worked out. Thanks!

  The team at Jiffy Lube was outstanding! The mechanic named Roberto was very very detailed doing the brake fluid replacement making sure the fluid was clear to each wheel. Before arriving to Jiffy lube I was driving my mom's 1991 Honda Accord that is rarely driven. The brakes failed going to an intersection, luckily there wasn't a car coming. I downshifted to 1st gear, put flashers on, and got off the road, and checked the fluid. The level was ok, but it was dark. I called my personal mechanic and he told me to go to Jiffylube and get the brake fluid replaced. They checked the brakes for free, and replaced the brake fluid and the brakes work great! I asked my mom if she ever changed her brake fluid, she said no. She religiously changed her oil, but did not know to change brake fluid. After experiencing a potential accident from brakes failing, I suggest everyone change their brake fluid that had not done so. In addition, remind customers of this testimony that changing brake fluid needs to be part of their maintenance schedule. Also, do you know what to do if your brakes fail? Fortunately I'm an experienced driver and was able to think quick from having a manual transmission sports car, I knew to downshift, and use the emergency brake and turn on the hazard lights.
