I know for a fact that I had a $100 birthday check tucked away safely in there, and now it’s gone. Someone clearly went through my things. When I confronted the guy about it, he instantly got defensive, gave me attitude, and said, “I didn’t touch your shit,” instead of showing any concern or professionalism. This is completely unacceptable. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s theft. If someone is willing to lie about pricing and go through your personal belongings, what else are they willing to do? I strongly advise anyone reading this: DO NOT GO HERE. This place is shady, dishonest, and unsafe. No one should have to worry about their money or personal items being stolen while getting their car serviced.
