  Trate de reservar en la locación de Anaheim pero no tenían lo que necesitaba así que me is ieron la reservación en otra sucursal y solo tuve que recoger la unidad en la otra oficina pero en general el servicio fue bastante bueno

  I had been rerouted to the orange office because Santa Ana office called me back after I made a reservation w/them kand informed me that they didn’t have what I had reserved through the app. So grateful they didn’t. Ally at the orange truck rental assisted me , told me they had something available. At 8 am on a Saturday morning when I showed up to pick up my rental… she should get a raise for basically running the business alone and deal with multiple customers back to back to back to back,no lie. I was in and out in 15 minutes and she took care of 3 pick ups and 1 drop off. And did it with the best customer care and a smile and great attitude.

  It was a last minute scramble to rent a stake bed and Ally came to the rescue. She found me a truck and even spent a few minutes after closing to call me and let me know that I could pick it up the next morning! The whole process was super easy and the whole team at the Orange location made it a great experience. Thank you.
