- JHJulio HernandezJan 1, 20265.0I had been rerouted to the orange office because Santa Ana office called me back after I made a reservation w/them kand informed me that they didn’t have what I had reserved through the app. So grateful they didn’t. Ally at the orange truck rental assisted me , told me they had something available. At 8 am on a Saturday morning when I showed up to pick up my rental… she should get a raise for basically running the business alone and deal with multiple customers back to back to back to back,no lie. I was in and out in 15 minutes and she took care of 3 pick ups and 1 drop off. And did it with the best customer care and a smile and great attitude.
