  Very upsetting when you make a reservation over a month and a half and get a phone call the day before that they will not have the vehicle available you requested. When asked there was no real response other than I hear ya I hear ya. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone

  The quote I received online was completely different from the price I was given when I arrived. The online reservation showed that upgrading to an SUV would actually lower the cost, but the employee ignored the quote, rebuilt the reservation from scratch, and told me, "That's how they get ya." That was incredibly unprofessional and immediately made me feel like I was being scammed. Returning the vehicle was just as frustrating. I arrived at 5:00 PM, well before the posted 6:00 PM closing time shown online and on the door, only to find the location locked, dark, and unattended. Another customer arrived while I was waiting, and we were both left standing outside with no explanation. I eventually used the drop box, but two business days later I still had not received confirmation that the vehicle had been returned and had to call myself. When I later called to get my receipt and explained that this was not an after-hours drop-off because the location was supposed to be open, the employee insisted they close at 5:30 PM. If that's true, why was the building dark and locked between 5:00 and 5:20 PM when I finally left? The two times I interacted with employees, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Between the misleading pricing, the early closure, and the poor customer service, I won't be using Enterprise again.

  Great professional and friendly service even with an office filled with individuals, the two staff members were as efficient as if there were four or more of them. Five stars seem too little to assign for the service of those two.

  My car rental experience went incredibly smooth and trouble free. Great pricing, and great service. The Ford F150 truck that that they provided was almost new, and I was really happy with it.
