Then u came back the next day and waited almost two hours for the rental to be ready despite being checked in. Then they couldn’t rent me the vehicle because the name on my license doesn’t match my debit card. Then the two guys at the counter were extremely rude about it.

I've seen him check people in, run to wash and clean a car that a customer really wanted and then check a customer in who needed to return a car all in a span of 30 mins. This was all after the holidays and he was the only one there and still took care of everyone. This past week, I rented a van for Vegas and Peter helped us, he was so pleasant and sweet. He went out of his way to check the treads on the tires since we were going out of state. Once I returned the sar Christian called to check me out and asked if we found. The service satisfactory , of course we did :). He really cares about the service people receive and it shows! That sort of service, we just don't see anymore. I highly recommend this location!
