The Placentia and Yorba Linda locations had run out of cars and he was able to help me out with a vehicle, which was crucial because my car was in the shop. He was understanding, super flexible, and super kind. Working with him was great. The vehicle was also clean, FULL OF GAS (not always the case at the Placentia location!), and operated without issue. Vehicle return after hours was no problem. This was an A+ rental experience. This is my new favorite Enterprise location.
