  I am bit disappointed with my experience at Bubble Time Wraps. Not too bad but not perfect. I received a quote for a front-end PPF and ceramic coating, placed my deposit, and moved forward in good faith. While the overall finish is acceptable, several edges were not tucked as expected. When I mentioned that I was comparing quotes from other shops, there was an immediate dismissive comment about competitors, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. The turnaround time was quoted as 1–2 days. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told it would be ready the next day. However, on the scheduled pickup day, after I had already taken time off work. I was informed the car was not ready and they needed an additional day to “make sure everything was okay.” Shouldn’t it be “ok” when ready for pick up? Anyways, that delay forced me to rearrange my schedule again and extend my rental at my own expense. I was initially told they would arrange Uber rides through a rental company. Instead, I paid out of pocket. When I addressed this with Omar, he laughed and stated they usually do not cover that but still did “removed it” on the invoice. That response, especially after the inconvenience caused by their delay, was unprofessional. Especially the reaction out of him. In total, I paid around $2,000 for this service. At that price point, I expected clear communication, transparency, and a higher level of customer service. The billing process was also concerning. The final invoice included added “material tax” and a $63 debit card fee that were not clearly communicated upfront. There was also an additional $235 charge that was later reduced by $50 to offset part of the rental cost. The changes between the original quote and the final invoice lacked clarity and felt inconsistent. Unexpected fees after the fact are not acceptable especially after receiving an invoice prior to that. Overall, the delays, inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and dismissive responses left a negative impression. I selected this shop based on promising reviews, but my experience did not reflect that reputation. Customers investing this amount of money deserve professionalism, accountability, and transparency from start to finish. It just seemed like he wanted me in and out of there lol. Wish I would’ve trusted my gut. I’ll give an update soon, since I have to do a follow up soon, and get touch ups? Thanks for the time though.
