I miss the experience of looking up my filters and bulbs in paper books mounted to the shelves, but that's just me being old. Going to the desk and telling them your make and model is way faster. The guy even brought the filters to me.

The young man behind s the counter came out to test that battery, found it faulty, and replaced it for me. The whole time he was kind and patient with me in my panic mode, and got my car starting perfectly in a very timely manner. I wish in my frazzled moment I could have remembered to notice his name so I could give a personal shout out, but I dont recall it, and I am sorry. But he was awesome. Young man, with braces, working at the Tustin St location around 10am on 11/2/25. I would definitely go back and use this location again just because of him
